8.7Verified guest“The room is big and great, breakfast is very good, and the hotel is generally very good. But we were unlucky: when we woke up, the bathroom floor was full of water. Luckily I was the first to use it because we were travelling with a blind person who could have slipped. We called the front desk, and they sent a maintenance person who saw water coming from the upper floor, falling around an infrared bulb on the ceiling. He said he'd call someone to clear the water. We went to breakfast, and when we returned the water was still there. We had to call the cleaning lady ourselves and put towels on the floor while showering because water was still dripping. It doesn't seem fair to pay 184 euros for such discomfort. Accidents happen, but at least they could have offered a discount.”
